This privacy policy sets out how Wild About Travel uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this website.

Wild About Travel is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Wild About Travel may change this policy from time to time by updating this page occasionally, so you can check it to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

What information we collect

  • if you book a holiday with us it may be necessary for us to collect your passport details

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To keep in contact with you if your request our Wild About Travel newsletter.
  • For internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new itineraries or destinations we think you would find interesting.

You have our assurance that we never share your personal information with any other company. The exception to this is if you decide to book your holiday with us, we share your information with the ground agents concerned with booking your tour. In this case we only supply the necessary information to book accommodation and travel arrangements.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter you can click on unsubscribe at the bottom of each newsletter or email jo@wildabouttravel.co.uk and we will remove you from the list.   Please contact Jo for further information or to amend your preferences for the way with contact you, or if you wish for us to remove your details altogether.
